Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your hair, from WeavXtensions, we will refund or exchange the hair for you within 14 days of hair delivered to you. The hair MUST be in the condition that it was received in (unwashed, unpackaged, labelled) and not altered in anyway. Once we receive your hair, your FULL Refund or exchange will then be processed. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used.
HAIR EXTENSIONS – They must not be brushed or taken out of their packaging. They must be in new condition. Do not run your hands through them. They must be in the same condition you got them in. If they are not, we will refuse the return, no exemptions!!
If exchanging a product for something of equal or greater value.
You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange. In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back using our pre-addressed labels. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
A full refund will be given if you donot received your order.
